I came in to check on my AC, and it turns out it was a bigger problem than expected. It was nearly impossible to get my car fixed right away and they suggested it stays over night. Except there wasn’t a car available for loan. I explained that I couldn’t be without a car because it was the only vehicle at home and next day I had plans for my daughter’s birthday. My service rep was extremely empathetic and i don’t know how, but he made it happen! He allowed me to pick up my daughter at school and come back. I had transportation to/from the florida mall, and car was ready by 5pm. Loved the service! As always, happy customer.
