Mike handled everything that had to be done and it was a shorter visit than I expected.

My service was prompt and efficient and my guide very courteous. My only complaint is that my car was clearly done before I got a phone call/text alerting me so. I went to lunch while they said it would take around an hour, and I waited needlessly when I got back even though the job was complete just because I wasn’t contacted promptly. Very happy with the job done and the workers i interacted with, just would’ve appreciated more communication

Overall, it was excellent.

Everything was great. It could be improved by faster service. It seems like a substantial portion of the waiting time is waiting for the technicians to have time to start work on the car. There should be a way to improve that.
