My vehicle repairs were recalls on the vehicle. Oscar my service advisor asked me if I needed a ride home. He said the repairs would take 4 to 5 hrs. And he would have someone pick me up as soon as my car was ready. Four hrs later he called me and said the car was ready and my ride was already on the way. The information I was given was precise and the customer service was excellent.

Very crowded facility but the service was great. Eric got me in and out quick.
