Erin/Eric was really helpful and nice. I had no appt and needed to get my son by 3 and he made it happen they were about to do a diagnostic on my car. I was on time to pick up my son. I will be calling him to make appt for future work.

I like the service portal and all service information from the Tech and media uploads showing the work needed was great. Although it took a day later then expected overall experience was good with Karina M and service completed on my vehicle.
