Mr. Mendez was polite and professional

The wait time was ridiculous, 2 hours for an oil change, the only thing that saved you guys is that George (I think that’s his name) was amazing. He’s friendly, professional and personable. He printed out my paperwork which is a bonus for me. Without him, you guys would have received a 1 star for this visit.
