Michael Bell did a great job asking what my needs were and was very professional during my visit. It was my first visit to Honda Service since I just purchased my used Honda Civic.The only improvement I would like to see is the turnaround time as I waited for 2 hours for my express service multi point check to be completed.

I was greeted with a smile and Dasia was very accommodating. She expressed what was needed and gave me the option to decide if I wanted it there and then. She was very good in explaining everything to me.
