Iris went above and beyond to help me from beginning to the end. She was very knowledgeable with all the services that needed to be done.I want her to be my advisor every time I come in for service

understandably waited for extensive service from 11:30 am to 7 pm. Only disappointment was limited amenities (no donuts to go with coffee and no bottled water to wash down the dry & salty packaged contents). Also had to watch or listen to the same video 3 times continuously (torture).
