Oscar was able to get me in for my A/C failing even though I didn’t have an appointment. Oscar consistently provides outstanding service.

I got in and out in a reasonable time, associate was friendly and helpful

I was well taken care of and the waiting area was comfortable. I still waited an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation even with an appointment. And it didn’t come with a free car wash - which would be nice. It’d be nice if there were options for me to eat with a gluten free diet. Like popcorn. But there were only pretzels available.

Had an appointment for b127. Lasted a little over an hour.
