Very professional, fast service

My experience at Coggin Honda is always a pleasant one. From the moment I call to schedule my service appointment I receive nothing but courteousness. As soon as I arrive someone is always ready to assist me and I never have to wait more than a few minutes. Dasia is the young lady whom I have now seen regularly and she is always very professional and thorough with all details and question I seem to have all the time. She sees to it that my questions or concerns are addressed to the service staff member and all suggestions from them to me as well. I am no longer covered under the 3 yr service plan I once had where my oil changes were free of cost and I’m pretty sure I can get an oil change at another place for a lot less, yet I continue coming to Coggin Honda because they treat me with respect and courteousness, and unfortunately service like the ones you provide is hard to find these days. Again thank you all.

My experience was really great! I made a last minute service appt in the middle of the week and I was out in an hour- they did an oil change, tire rotation AND washed my car. I expected to be there for a few hours so I found that super impressive. staff we’re also genuinely kind and attentive. I’m used to having poor experiences with dealerships, as many people do; and this by far has been the best experience I’ve had. Thank you so much! My service advisor was Karina Martinez!
