brought in for oil change/tire rotation special. all went well as usual. when i arrived home i realized the tire rotation wasn't fully done. only the driver side was done. i spoke to mike bell who originally took care of me and apologized and said please bring it back and he will take care of it. i went back and he was very apologetic and i assured him it wasnt his fault since he wasnt doing the actual work on my crv. i am very happy with the service here and recommend speaking to mike bell every time i go back for service.

Brought my vehicle in for a recall and oil change. While there an inspection was performed and the A/C filter needed replacing. All services were performed to my satisfaction. Gabriel kept me well informed on what was taking place. I will continue to ask for him when I bring my vehicle in as he always handles my vehicle care with excellence.

Good experience, but car was dirty after the carwash and more...but good service on the oil change.
