Iris was the one helping me last Tuesday and she was really great!!!

When I arrived to my appointment I got disappointed because even though I had made my appointment with my usual representative when I arrived I was told he was on vacation. I decided to stay & Mr. Martinez took such good care of my car! He was respectful of my schedule & kept me informed every step of the service. I am glad I stayed. Thank you!

My Advisor, Michael Bell, communicated very well by explaining the entire procedure and set the expectation of wait time. He also offered a courtesy transport if needed. He was courteous and professional.

The service is excellent.Waiting time is a bit longer because of quite many cars.The invoice is confusing for me to read. The different prices pile on the sheets.The multi point inspections’ sheet is perfect. Yet there is incoherent price again.
