Great customer service. My only negative is the volume of the TV on the waiting room, it's always extremely loud and uncomfortable, plus they had a loud speaker inside the showroom so if you're looking for a quiet place where to do some work or have a call while you wait there's none.

I went in for service for my 2021 Pilot due to a couple of open recalls. I waited a little less than two hours from the moment I arrived to the dealer until my vehicle was ready.
