Ben was professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to address my need for a vehicle...based on what i wanted and could afford. I applaud him! When he told me that he has only been working in that capacity for 1 month I was really shocked. To his mentors who trained him, you all did an excellent job. And, I also believe that because he builds rapport very easily...because he is personable, because he listens...he will continue to deliver outstanding...outstanding customer service, as he did for me. I already told him I will be sending clients his way....my friends, family, people i engage with at the airport, grocery store etc who say they need a car...and reside in Orlando...I will be telling them. You go to Coggin Honda of Orlando, You call Coggin Honda of Orlando and make an appointment to see Ben. In fact I have already told a friend of mine whose vehicle will die...literally any day now LOL...that when it dies (because he doesn't plan to buy a new one until it dies LOL) we will be calling Ben and making an appointment.
