This was my first to this dealership. The only complaint I have is that this dealership does not offer nitrogen for the tires. Because mine have nitrogen I had to specifically request that the tire pressure not be checked, etc since you can't refill. I have to seek out another place to have my tires maintained.

Excellent sales, Jerome and financial team & Chris in service was wonderful! My CRV was too expensive to repair at 15 years old so I decided to buy a used vehicle. Totally an positive experience but truly was marred by a 6-7 hour sitting session at the sales and then financial desks. Seriously you need to offer a lady a cool water or cup of coffee as she waits HOURS for your paperwork and spends a good amount of money on your product. I SERIOUSLY DOUBT ANYONE WOULD CITE YOU AS USING WATER OR COFFEE AS AN INCENTIVE to make a sale. Seriously! Only after get to financial probably hour 6, did I learn coffee/water was available. And what are the “ Terms of Service@ at the bottom of this page please?
