John Sinnerand is a great person. He is patient, explained all the steps they would take to first diagnose and then repair and how they would later test and let me know if additional work would be needed. Sad to hear he had to leave for an emergency. However, the lady who closed my service ticket for the day was also very nice. Overall, enjoyed the whole deal. Was my first visit at Coggin.

Music in the lobby was loud … too damn loud
