The sales person (Jeff Pender) was super nice and professional talking to us. We felt that we waited too long for been a cash purchase and we used Costco Auto program. That should be improved. The price was okay, not great, with the program. We got the same price at Holler Honda without the Costco Program. We were expecting a better price. We bought it because we didn’t want to keep shopping around for a car.

I have been loyal to the Honda brand for over 40 years. When I moved in 2012 to Orlando from NY( Friendly Honda Poughkeepsie NY) I chose COGGIN Honda for my next Honda in 2017. This was my first lease and Geo Davis helpfully navigated me through this process. I like to be loyal to my Honda dealership so I returned again to Geo @ COGGIN in 2020 for my next lease, and just recently again in 2023 this time to purchase a new vehicle. I think this speaks to the confidence I have in this dealership! In this most recent transaction with COGGIN, a mistake in calculation was made - however the dealership embraced the mistake as“ theirs” and absorbed the $ discrepancy. I commend the GM @ COGGIN for making this decision - first, as being the ethical thing to do, and one that will keep me happily returning again to COGGIN Honda Orlando for my future car needs. COGGIN service is also excellent- when a very strange and expensive electrical problem occurred in my 2020 CR-V, COGGIN service was able to arbitrate with HONDA corporate on my behalf for the repair to be covered under the warranty. I am a very satisfied customer regarding the relationship I am building with this dealership. Many thanks to all!

A piece of trim was missing from my 2023 Honda CR-V. I contacted Coggin parts dept. who ordered the part and since it was under warranty, someone from the service dept. put the part on. Had a little bit of a wait, but I am satisfied with the service.
