I had a good experience buying my 1st Honda vehicle.

I had a 9:20 appointment with Michell T. Bell,I was a little early and they came right out. Michael showed me where I needed to go and wait. Everyone is always so helpful even if they are not your service advisor.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new Honda, and my experience with Gelbis was outstanding. From the moment I walked onto the lot, I was impressed by how welcoming and professional the staff was, and Gelbis, in particular, made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

experience was very good. Our salesman James Collier was very knowledgeable, supportive and patient. Additionally, our finance associate Alex was also very helpful and professional.I purchased 2 used vehicles within a two-week period. When I discovered some issues, a commitment was quickly made in concert with Eduardo - used car sales manager- to provide repair and relief. i will be bringing the vehicle 1 there this morning for follow up, and hope to establish a time frame for some slight issues with vehicle 2. I have faith that things will be corrected.I would definitely recommend this dealership and intend to continue my car purchasing experience with them in the future.
