My experience was ok.! My car had a defective engine which caused it to overheat while driving . It is a brand new SUV . I wasn’t happy about coming back twice regarding this issue and it could’ve been done the first time. However Mike my service representative was helpful kind and knowledgeable to help me work through this issue and Gerry the sales rep , I can always count on was there all the way to the end. Working with these two made my experience much better
