I scheduled an appointment but arrived late and they took care of me as soon as I arrived. With that being said, I was waiting 4 hours while they were servicing my car. I was given quotes to recommended services, for which I accepted most but the inspection of the fog lights, that had moisture in it. Lastly I drove off and was called back because they forgot to put the clips to the under carriage back and therefore were lost. I received a new one as a result. Over all good experience due to the friendly staff (Karina & another who greeted me)

David was never nice and helpful to find my first civic.
