I enjoy coming to Honda Coggin. Matthew is wonderful, he is always engaging, he always asks about my grandson who is only a year old. But Matthew remembering important events. No matter how busy he is he takes his time with me which shows genuine concern. Mathew is awesome asset for Honda.

Had and 0700 appt - good response to drive up - waited approx 7 minutes once doors opened at 0700 - greeted by Gabriel Cueva - at the service department who was very polite understanding and listened to our concerns regarding the entertainment system in the vehicle being constantly glitchy - Gabriel followed through with the recommended engine and cabin filter changes with the routine B1 service - wonderful customer service also with the provided amenities and the staff member who checked us in and provided donuts and OJ from a cart he made sure he offered every single person in the waiting area what a wonderful gentleman - we were done in 2 hours with a factory reset of the entertainment system with Gabriel even having our vehicle washed and ready at the front exit conviently parked for a comfortable exit - thank you team Coggin Honda for a great service experience

Got my oil changed and my tires rotated. I was given a fairer price and the service was relatively quick. Jamie was very nice. The drive was just very long and i didnt get a gas top off.

Ben was very knowledgeable when explaining vehicles to me. It was,however, a tad too long of a time to buy a car. I expected maybe 4 hours but 8 was crazy.
