I had a sensor issue with my 2018 Honda ODYSSEY. John Sinnerard did a great job helping us find out extended warranty information from another dealership. We were out of town without the information and John called our home dealership to work out details. His customer service skills and great attitude gave mE confidence and trust that my problems with the car were properly resolved. I give him a lot credit and would affiliate with this dealership if I lived in Florida. Kudos to him.

My service agent was very professional(Mike), and answered a very important question about a part I ordered(hoyer for the spare on my 2022 Pilot )more than a month ago. He was able to pinpoint why it has taken so long and why was I not notified the delay on the part order. With all that said I got my appointment on time, got notified about a recall(that I will schedule in the future)and got assured about the hoyer so I can schedule for Thai in the future.
