Great experience! Mike was able to find the issue with the car very quickly and advise me of the problem. He also set me up with a rental and my car service was completed much quicker than he anticipated!

The service I received yesterday was absolutely excellent! I live in NY and travel frequently to Orlando. With only a couple of days until I had to return to NY my CRV acted up. Dave Manieram was very professional and understanding about my situation. He explained all of the services and my options. He cleared up any confusions I had and made it possible for my car to be repaired with in 24 hrs. This is the second time I have gone toCoggin Honda and have received excellent service.Please extend my appreciation to Mr Manieram again. We were on our way home from Florida to Georgia and our check engine light came on in our van. We called our local Honda mechanic and he said get to a dealership quickly. We did and chose Coggin and got an appt with Mike Bell. Mike was amazing. He listened to us. We gave a child with special needs and I forgot to pack extra meds so we were on a time crunch to get home. We were either going to rent a car and leave one of us behind with the car or we were hoping for a quick and easy fix and we could go home together. Mike was great and even though we weren't his only customer, he kept us up to date on the repairs. Fortunately we were able to have that easy fix and he got us back on the road safely. Mike again was kind and empathetic and sometimes you go into dealerships and you feel bombarded by everyone trying to upsell you on things you don't need. That's very annoying. Mike and the technician gave us the details we needed to know and got it fixed and back on the road. Thank you again Mike for a really great experience at Coggin.
