Took the car in for service and ended up trading it in on a new Honda!

I took my car in for a recall item, but asked Honda to check and see if anything else needed repair while I was there. They found some items that required immediate repair. They provided an estimate. It was costly, but necessary. In the end, the final bill was $600 less than quoted and all repairs were completed. They kept me informed and provided a comfortable space for me to stay while I waited. The representative, Carlos, was truly a blessing. I will request him again for sure.
