Courteous service in my usual advisor's absence.

I took my Honda in to Coggin Honda 1 week ago. For the regular oil change and a problem that I had for about a month my check fuel cap kept coming on even though I checked my cap. I had Dave as my service advisor. They ended up changing my gas cap as I have an older car. I left but not even 2 miles down the road check gas cap light came on again. I called Dave I went back they ran diagnostic again nothing showing as being wrong. Dave asked the mechanic to check something else though it was not registering through the diagnostics and they found my issue. Since then my check gas cap lid has not come on. 😊 Dave knew something was going on and with his experience was able to guide the mechanic to get down to what the problem was. I have used this dealer ship since I purchased my Honda, and the service department is why I continue going back!! Very satisfied!! Thank-you!
