They got me the exact vechile I want in the color and trim ( was available at only one dealership in Florida) No addded extras to the cost. The buying experience was smooth and easy. D did not have to spend more than an hour for the entire process.

Had a good experience buying from Coggin. I knew what I wanted in a car and all the specs. Did lots o homework before walking in the dealership. They were very pleasant and willing to find what I needed. Had to reach out and find my car at another dealer but all went well. They had it in their lot about 4 days later.

Saturday was superb service at Coggin Honda. Had a question about a needed service for my Honda, and athough I was early for my appointment Jamal ( a service advisor) was thoughtful in initiating the first stages at my arrival. Likewise, my service advisor Chris was just as It’s employees like these that make my day

had to take my Honda back two times for the same problem but on the third visit Oscar and the service mechanics did not give up until they found the problem and fix it without charging me a cent. they went above and beyond to keep me as a satisfied customer who will continue to bring back his car for service at Coggin Honda

Good service

My experience was excellent and my technician and mechanic the best! I had a concern because my paperwork stated that some of my services were not completed but because I accept the “terms” through sms they were completed anyways. I think this is a system issue and should be resolved. It makes it seems like you are paying for a labor that was not completed.

Oscar was friendly and the service provided was reasonable
