I got my CRV Hybrid Touring from this leadership! It was the only dealer that have the trim I was looking in my area (Melbourne-Orlando area). I was impressed by the knowledge of the sales person on all features available on the selected trim. Also, he made us feel we were in control of the deal and eager to go beyond to get the deal we wanted. Very please with the after-sales response and f/up customer service. Gave a 5 star to the dealership and team!!

SALES FORCE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. DROVE FROM JACKSONVILLE TO ORLANDO TO PURCHASE NEW 2023 PILOT. PRICE WAS GOOD WITH NO SALES PRESSURE. PILOT DID NOT HAVE ALL WEATHER FLOOR MATS THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE INCLUDED. I DID NOT REALIZE THEY WERE MISSING UNTIL I DROVE BACK HOME. I HAD TO CALL THEM SEVERAL DAYS LATER TO CONFIRM THAT MATS WERE SUPPOSE TO BE INCLUDED. NO ONE FROM THE DEALERSHIP CALLED ME FIRST. WHEN I TOOK DELIVERY OF THE PILOT IT WAS VERY LATE. SOME OF THE FEATURES WERE EXPLAINED TO ME BUT I AM STILL CONFUSED ABOUT OTHERS THAT WERE NOT EXPLAINED. OVERALL I WOULD BUY AGAIN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO SEVERAL OF MY FRIENDS. OVERALL THE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD.
