Our service advisor was Chris and he took care of our concerns and addressed all of my wife's concerns regarding the recall. However, your service technician should probably have a checklist handy. For the LAST 3 TIMES, we were told by the service advisor that the service included a carwash but this was never done. WHY?

My overall experience with Coggin Honda was great. I stopped onto the lot to look at the Odyssey mini vans, test drove and found one I was very interested in. I went home to talk it through with my husband and family and ended up calling the next morning asking if it was still available. Everyone was great, I didn't feel overly pressured by the salesman or manager. My salesman has checked in on me a few times since purchasing, very happy with his customer service. Highly suggest a Honda and if you are in this area, check out Coggin.
