Coggin fixed an AC issue on an accessible van that another Honda dealer refused to put on their lift. Dave took good care of me as a customer and kept me informed of the progress of the repair, which took overnight to complete due to the need to order parts. The van was ready at the time promised, and the AC is now working well. All in all, a very good experience.

Oil change and inspection was done well. Amenities were very good but the waiting time was a little long.

John was amazing and very straightforward

In the service dept. was excellent he really worked hard with our vehicle which had a few repairs needed but the parts were in back order so he found them from different dealers and got stuff done, it really helped us out because we only have one vehicle so it was stressful not knowing if it could be done, with John it felt at ease so kudos to him and Coggin.

Service work was great as has always been my experience with Coggin Service Dept. Matthew my service advisor provided me with good clear explanations for what was done and recommendations for other work I need to attend to in the future. Great service!
