I took my car into Coggins for service and was thoroughly impressed with my service adviser, Gus, as well as the whole team. My car was properly diagnosed and repaired. Because the repair would take 5 hours, they even hired me a Lyft car to take me home. Great place!!!

The Service is always great but since I have this ridgeline the only thing I have being doing is spend money on, including a new battery. This does not make sense to me.

Have been a Coggin Honda Customer for 30+ years, and I honestly can say that don't recall ever having a bad experience with Coggin. Gabriel Cuevas is the best Service Advisor...very upfront and honest about what needs to be done with my vehicle and when! I really appreciate being able to depend on Gabriel to make sure my vehicle is in the best condition possible.

The agent was very attentive and provide a good information.

This was my second time at this location, I didn’t not have an appointment for the oil change, the guy that greeted me said: no worries you are family, no appointment needed today. I thought that was sooo welcoming!!!

Excellent overall service but anytime you go in for an oil change the dealer comes back with a two thousand dollar repair proposal. if you think about it, if you add up their proposals, you just buy a new car so you wonder what is going on with these proposals and whether you actually need all of the suggested repairs.
