Overall it was a good experience, from the Service Advisor to the time I waited for my vehicle. It was satisfactory. The service advisor was courteous and polite.

Had a nail in my passenger side rear tire. Was advised could not patch as was on the outer side of the tire. Advised could possibly go elsewhere and get a plug. Only had 2000 miles on tire and car.

I came without an appointment with a battery that I had to jump to start the car. Camilo was my service tech. He explained the warranty policy and the cost of the battery which I had not expected to have to pay. He was very patient with my questions. And my car was done in about an hour; something I hadn’t expected. So Camilo made sure I had great service!
