Good morning, it was a very good experience. My only recommendation is to tell the customer of approximate repair/wait time. Then customer can decide to wait at the lobby or come back to pick up the car. I had to wait almost 5 hours. If I knew about it I could have made the decision. Rest everything was great. My service manager did a great job. Thank you!
