They provided great service but the wait is almost 4 hours for oil change and alignment

With this being my second servicing visit for my Honda Civic, I can proudly say I am pretty pleased with the services offered. The staff has been very patient and informative. The services rendered have been prompt and as a patron who leases, the general upkeep of my car is covered under the contract. Though additional care/services are not covered and are out-of-pocket, I still find the pricing quite reasonable. Overall, I have had a great experience with each visit. I will definitely recommend Coggin Honda to anyone looking for a new / used vehicle because my overall experience (from looking for a car, securing a car during the pandemic, and now having to upkeep) has truly been easy - unlike with the previous dealer I was with. It is quite refreshing.
