It was overall very good. Although, my battery tested good and 3 days later my car wouldn't start because my battery was dead.

The service at Coggins was outstanding the day we came in. We had the service package, appointment,and everything was taken care of within an hour.

I was traveling through Orlando when an alert light came on. Knowing it could be a serious problem, I called Coggin Honda to see if they could fit me in. They were very understanding of the situation and allowed me to drive my car straight to them (around 4:30pm) to leave it overnight for an 8am appointment the next morning. The problem ended up be innocuous and an easy fix. I ended up paying less than $40. They took great care of my car and me. As a solo female traveler this is, unfortunately, not always the case. I am very impressed and grateful for them.

Chris in the service department was very nice and helpful. We needed a lot of work done on our 2018 Civic so we were there all day but the waiting room is nice and got to see some movies while we waited, I would highly recommend.
