Surprisingly quick service

I made an appointment for Saturday during the blood drive for a oil change and my birthday mini detail. When I arrived the writer said the mini detail would take an extra 2 hours on top of the oil change time. I decided to decline the mini detail because of the time. When the car was done and I had given blood I paid the bill and received the car… it was still dirty and was not given the standard treatment of a quick drive through car wash.This courtesy car wash was listed on my bill but wasn’t included.It was a little disappointing that because of the long wait time for the mini detail that I passed on.. I also didn’t get the standard car wash included in a oil change and service inspection.
