The advisor was helpful and friendly. But I don't understand what's the point to make an appointment if they are always overbooked for the same time slot. It's been 5 years I bring my car over there and there wasn't even one time that the oil change was completed in less than 2h or 3 hours. Also, the services are a little overpriced, and ir keeps going up. When our salaries are not. The economy is already doing poorly and they still raised their prices recently.

The experience was excellent. I was able to get all of my needs completed in a timely fashion.
