I took my 2012 Accord in for an oil change special and was very satisfied with the experience. I had been sent a coupon and all terms were honored. I was able to enjoy a movie in the lounge with free coffee and snacks. It was lunchtime so they provided free sandwiches which I thought was very nice. They did a full inspection of my vehicle and the only recommendation was new tires, which I already had scheduled at a tire discounter prior to the oil change. Overall a great experience with no up-sell pressure whatsoever.

Absolutely love working with Kevin. He’s very communicative and works in a timely manner. I remember i used to have to wait 4 hours with no call back for an oil change and it’s great to see how things have changed. Thanks to Kevin Perez, I’ll definitely be back
