Made an online appt for oil change and Tire rotation . . Gus Ramirez was my Service Advisor. He took my info and said the will also provide a vehicle check to see if something else needed attention. I received a txt msg with some maintenance items to be aware of. I declined any additional work and got the car back in under 2 hrs. I bought 2 cars from Coggin in the past and always had them do maintenance service. They were excellent on sales and service since my first purchase in 2014.

Overall experience was acceptable though I was only having the oil change and it took approximately 2 hours though my appointment was at 7 am. Also, I asked my tech about changing the date on the clock of my Ridgeline as we were told everything was to be updated in August, but we were able to change the time, but not the date. He tried to change it, but was unable to and told me he would check into it and let me know what he found out. I waited about a week to hear from him and finally left a message for him to return my call. As of this date 9/4 I have not received a return call.

My coordinator said that it would be about two hours before I got out. It was two hours on the dot. Good thing I took a book to read. Other than the wait, no issues.
