The service department here is pleasant and efficient. I actually like waiting at Coggin. There are lots of places to sit and snacks and movies. I drive out of my way to go to this dealership.

My service adviser Matt treats me like an individual and remember me by name. He spend the time to find promotional offers to save me money and always review the inspection report in details with me. He also helps me assess the priority of each repair so that I can make a more informed decision on what repairs needs to be done first. I will continue to get my servicing at Coggin Honda.

Great work, excellent customer service

Regular customer of Coggin Honda having purchased the car new there over 10 years ago. Air conditioning was not blowing cold air so took it in to them for service. Crossed fingers over what could be an expensive repair and was pleasantly surprised that it was only a low level of refrigerant and no leaks were detected. Really appreciate the way our service was handled and of course, will return.
