Last week I went to Coggin for a 25000 review because there was no availability at Regal in Lakeland for this week and at Coggin I got a spot for the next day and that's why I went to Coggin. I was surprised by the quality of service. I was attended by Dasia who was very professional, efficient, polite, kind and patient in listening to my comments regarding the service. I am really very satisfied with the service, as I had already done a review on Coggin and I did not like the service. It took too long (I think almost 4 hours) and it wasn't very polite. That's why every review I drove to Regal Lakeland, as I'm always treated very well there, but this time it was different, Dasia really surprised me! I asked if I could be attended by her in the next few times because I can say that I was really satisfied. Thank you Dasia, congratulations for listening to us and making us feel like special customers, for the excellence and speed of service! I will return to Coggin for the next review for sure and will recommend my friends to look for Dasia.
