My service advisor, Mr. Perez, was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. The issue I had with my vehicle was resolved satisfactorily on my first visit, even though it was an air conditioner problem that took over three hours to resolve. Upon arrival I was immediately given a bottle of cold water; later, I was offered a sandwich for lunch in their comfortable waiting room. I appreciate the service and attention I received at Coggin. After years of being a GM customer and growing accustomed to scheduling hassles and all-day oil changes, it was a breath of fresh air to experience a less-than-one-hour turnaround with Honda. Our tech Matt was fantastic: friendly, funny, and answered all my questions about the vehicle.
