I live in New Hampshire and recently visited Florida for vacation. Prior to driving down there I had a front end alignment done in New Hampshire. While driving to Florida I felt that something wasn’t right. I called Coggin and made an appointment to have it checked out. Upon arrival I was greeted by my service advisor, Chris. He was extremely pleasant to deal with and after the tech looked at the vehicle, they confirmed that one of the Jam nuts on the tie rod was left loose from the alignment. Thankfully, they corrected it and I was on my way. Overall, a great experience!

My overall experience with the team at Coggin has been great. I'd been searching for a replacement car since last year (post- a car accident that left my former car totaled), and I knew I either wanted a Honda or Toyota (two of the most trusted car brands known). Even despite going back forth between two car brands, my dream was always a Honda Civic Sport or EX or Hatchback in Aegean Blue. In the end, I stuck with Honda and though I didn't get a Honda Civic in Aegean Blue, I did get a Honda Civic EX in a pretty light blue/silver color that I am beyond PLEASED with. The team that helped me secure this car, even during these uncertain times where inventory in variety of cars is in flux, was simply amazing! I am so happy with my decision to go with the team at Coggin. By far, this is has been my best car shopping experience.
