Gus Ramirez was friendly and knowledgeable on everything I asked him. I appreciate him looking after me and offered to change my transmission fluids in a timely manner. Last rep changed it 10,000 miles too soon

Jamie and Marcella were AMAZING! I was on vacation and lost my key to my Honda Pilot. I had already extended my trip by 1 day due to Honda Roadside Assistance issues and my kids were going to have to miss another day of school if the key could not get made quickly. Marcella got me in touch with a great towing company that was on site within 1 hour, and followed up to make sure all was good. Jaime got the key made in no time, and I felt they both really cared given my situation, and that goes an incredibly long way!
