Service at Coggin Honda was superb...I had made an appointment, arrived 30 minutes early, was taken in early, so I was pleased for that. The service department agent was fabulous...a young lady with a unique name, a sunny disposition and a professional manner. She identified my account, saw I had a special note on my service that day, explained about how long it might be, and walked me over to the lounge. The lounge had coffee and snacks and had a movie running. In all honesty, Time flew...I was so entertained I didn't feel the wait at all! I received a call that my car was done, they even washed the exterior and that was that! Easy peasy! I will return. I was extremely pleased with their service department and work!

It's was excellent , this time there was 2 hours waiting time , and the was advisor was nice

I trust the Honda maintenance the last time I went after 2 hours and no loaner car I waited no calls no we need to do this or that “ finally “ my car was done, then the advisor told me that I needed the 3er brake light change!!! I said why you didn’t say that before? She goes it’s gonna cost you $44 to change that bulb! $44 so my car went for maintenance again and 1/2 more!!! That’s not the kinds service I spect.
