Great customer service.

Salesman were friendly and not pushy, and they really helped me get in the car I wanted that day. They detailed my car before I got there and they were honest about any damages and the history of the car. Will definatly be buying from Coggin Honda again!

Right there on the border of the five star review. Now don't get me wrong, the experience was stellar as always - being able to get in and get out in a reasonable fashion, appointment being right on schedule, etc. When it comes to service advisors, I will usually pick random in which this past service I got Dave. While Dave was nice and informative, there was just two small critiques I felt needed to be voiced on this survey. 1) I received a promotional postcard in the mail that showed oil change, road special and tinted windows. As much as I would love to right now, unfortunately I am unable to take advantage of the window tinting special. When I asked Dave if that is a promotion that is offered at different times throughout the year, I was addressed with a very cold "NO." And I understand if it's one a time promotion, but something to effect of "Not that I am aware of, to my knowledge this is a one time promotion with this card." would have been much better than an outright voluminous "NO!" And 2) Dave was also very soft spoken, I understand sometimes with masks it's not the easiest thing in the world to communicate clearly - but there was very little eye contact and very soft words spoken in which one time I simply just nodded and agreed even though I had no idea what he was saying and I am NOT one of those people to be like "WHAT DID YOU SAY?" Other than that the car service was great, minus those two critiques above Dave was professional and followed all the protocols and procedures and getting me transitioned to the cashier to pay and be on my way. Again, you all are great - just those TWO glaring details above that I felt like I should bring to light in order to help Dave and the rest of the service advising staff moving forward.

The service I received was excellent. But the tires that I need were out of stock. It’s been 1 week now and the tires that I need are still not in stock. The service attendant was great and has been in contact with me since my service visit. Otherwise, I would rate my visit as Excellent.
