David Salgado was fantastic. I had written an email to the GM of the dealership. David was the sole reason I returned from Boca Raton to co-sign for my son's car. He was genuine and followed up constantly to ensure I had everything I needed.

Matthew, the service advisor, made my experience a very pleasant one. From his professional presence to the details in keeping me informed about the services provided Matt really made a difference. He's a shining star and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my Honda service. I've been a long term client (since 1995) and I'm very impressed with the major improvements in the service department. Kudos to Fadi (service manager) for that. Great team!

Tenia mi cita a las 12:30 p.m. y salí a las 4:00 p.m. Me pareció exagerado el tiempo de espera, si tienes en cuenta que tenia cita con anterioridad. NUNCA me había demorado tanto en ningún mantenimiento de carro. Anteriormente aunque tenia Honda hacia mi mantenimiento en la Toyota y ellos tiene un excelente servicio al cliente, si tu servicio se demora te llevan a tu casa y luego te recogen y de esa manera no pierdes tantas horas sin hacer nada.
