It was a typical day at Coggin Honda, with lots of cars queued for the (service with an appointment line). My appt. was at 11:00 AM and I was greeted by one of the techs about 11:11. Not too bad considering the crowd. I was coming in for an oil change. So based on previous experience I calculated I would be there for about 2 hours. I did receive an email about 1.5 hours into to my stay showing me some additional service issues that the tech suggested I have done. I needed a new cabin filter and a new air filter. Both were certainly overdue. However, the charge of $100 per task seemed extremely expensive, since the parts were considerably under $50 for the both of them. I declined the offer, went to Auto Zone, purchased both for $42, went home and watched the U Tube video for installation guidance and did them myself. It took me approximately 15 minutes. I'm anything but an accomplished car mechanic and the fact that it took so little time to make the change says more about how easy Honda makes the job for a "do it yourselfer". Aside from relaxing in your lobby/TV room, the experience was normal, easy and enjoyable. The car wash left something to be desired, my car sat out for about two months under an oak tree, so the stains were pretty severe. On more run through the wash would not have been a terrible inconvenience, for anyone. Essentially a 5-star performance, but I've been a Coggin customer for over 30 years and have had very little experience in other dealerships, so it's really hard for me to evaluate you fairly.

Great salesmen and management actually cares about their customers!! I would recommend this dealership over any others in Orlando , very aggressive on their sales !
