My experience was amazing! The staff was so accommodating as I had shown up without an appointment. I did not have to wait a long time, the staff was so polite with me and they answered all my questions and concerns. My car was serviced in such a short amount of time. I was surprised and very please. They took very good care of me and my car.

Kevin, my service rep, was awesome. He kept me in the loop from start to finish. I didn't feel hassled or taken advantage of. Car feels and runs great with the new engine replacement. I will definitely return in the future and specifically ask with Kevin again.
