The representative that helped me (I forget his name, sorry!) was fantastic. He quoted me a 30 minute wait time and it was done in even less. I felt cared for and that he was giving it his all to provide excellent customer service - and it showed. My car works great and he had it put through the car wash, which was appreciated!
