Alessandro was very polite and helpful at al times.

I provided excellent because my service member treated me as if he valued me as a customer. When I first got to the location it was extremely busy it took my service member about 20 minutes to address me. Upon greeting me he apologize for me having to wait and once my service was completed he provide me a discount without me having to ask. I appreciate he took ownership for me having to wait so long to receive service.

Was greeted right away and car was returned when promised and all requested work was done and the car was returned clean.

Service was wonderful. From start to finish Ingrid was informative and professional. Also, Gus was very helpful when Ingrid had to assist another customer while I waited. They have a great team collaboration and management is superb. Honda will continue to be my choice when car shopping in the future.

My appt was for 9:40 arrived early, met a new service advisor. Car was finished around 11:30.

Madison In service was very attentive, professional on how he handled my issue with AC parts. I took the car for routine oil change and after they were done the AC was not working and had a unusual noice to it. Madison took charge immediately and handled the problem .
