Heard a noise under the car. Eric the Advisor and Bob the mechanic handled it well. I had to pay a diagnosis fee of 199 which was ok. Just an FYI the tire pressure was extremely high on the front tires at 42 psi

The experienced was very good Mr. Carlos Matteo was my service writer. He took down my information, explained to me that there was a recall, called me when my car was ready to pick up. Everything went very well thank you.

When compared to my experience before this, I see some improvement. Not sure if construction is affecting the level of service you used to provide but I do not feel the customer care I used to.
